Polly’s infectious enthusiasm and friendly attitude make all the classes fun. She encourages all participants to strive hard and work to the best of their ability, from which a beneficial effect can be felt, along with a sense of achievement. She takes into account the needs of each individual and is aware of our limitations allowing everyone to progress at their own level.

Just started Pilates with polly after having to eventually get back to exercise, recovering from dodgy knee from falling over the dog!!
Absolutely LOVE it! Polly makes it such fun that the 55 mins goes soooo quickly.
Don’t get me wrong, you are certainly put through your paces but only at the level suitable to you personally & Polly will always give an alternative to an exercise if you can’t mange to do it as she does it!!
So just remember it’s never to late to try and get some flexibility back!!(I just turned 60!)

As a man approaching 50 in a sedentary job with degraded flexibility, this class is *exactly* what I need. Polly runs a friendly, attentive, good-spirited class that makes you feel welcome.

I have been attending Polly’s aqua classes for some time and without doubt they are my most favourite of all. She makes the classes fun and enjoyable, whilst ensuring that no matter what your ability, you get the most out of the exercises. She makes adaptions depending on ability and your needs. They are always varied, and she has a wide range of excellent music to do the exercises along to.
Linda - Aqua class
After being diagnosed with osteoporosis I was told that I should try Pilates or Yoga. When I found out there was a class being held at our local school I decided to give it a try. Polly was very welcoming and went through my medical history before starting. You can take the classes at your own level, working all parts of the body. The classes are fun and relaxed and Polly is very knowledgable about her subject. During the lockdown she has carried on with Pilates online adding new classes to try. Brilliant!
